Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, Crossroads Music is making the following changes to best keep our employees and community safe and to continue to serve our customers.
From March 26th until April 8th, we are taking phone and email orders for curbside pickup or shipping. We are closed to all walk-in traffic.
We will be providing services and products on an appointment basis as follows:
a. Layaways: If you wish to pickup an item you have on Layaway, please leave a message by phone, email or facebook message. We will arrange a time for you to come to the store and pick up your merchandise.
b. Repairs: If you have a repaired instrument to pick up, please call or send a message. We will set up an appointment for pick up.
c. Purchases: We are taking phone orders only with curbside pickup from Monday through Thursday, Noon-4pm. The store is no longer open to walk-in traffic until April 8th. If you wish to purchase any item(s) we have in stock please contact us for further details.
d. Rentals: We will not be able to provide any new rentals until April 8th.
e. Consignments: We will not be able to accept any new consignments until April 8th.
In these extremely trying times, making music is one of the best methods for relieving stress and anxiety. Crossroads Music would like to help.
